Hi, I’m Barbara Birke, a sport scientist, nutritionist, mindset coach and holistic health expert with over a decade of experience helping women rediscover their vitality through evidence-based, personalized wellness strategies. Through my work with athletes, post-surgery patients, and busy professionals, and my continuing education and experience with women through all hormonal stages of life, I’ve developed a comprehensive yet simplified approach to help women like you thrive during this transformative life stage.
My business and learning has developed with my life stages: Yes, I have deeply worked with cycle syncing, cycle optimized training planning and pre- and post- pregnancy support for women.
But for the past many years, my focus is and has been: perimenopause, menopause, postmenopause and healthy longevity – as this is who I am and who my crowd is.
